The reiki session takes place in the West Danby Yoga Studio.
You'll lie down, with your clothes on, on a cushioned pad on the floor, Minnie seated beside you. She'll place her hands either on or above several different positions of your body.
It's best to wear comfortable clothing and to avoid any perfumes. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment to allow for settling in.

Minnie studied with Hallie Sawyers in Ithaca, New York in 2009 and received both Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki Certification.
